2. The service

BillSorted provides software tools to help Australians track recurring bills, expenses, reminders, documents, payments, and related records across home, investment property, vehicle, personal, and similar admin use cases. It is a record-keeping tool and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser for advice specific to your situation.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use BillSorted.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One account per person. You may not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.

5. Subscriptions & billing

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost within its feature limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in AUD, GST inclusive. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Your data

You own your data. We do not claim any rights over the content you upload. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

7. Availability & limitation of liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service outages, data loss, or inaccuracies in the records you create.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
