By creating an account or using BillSorted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
BillSorted provides software tools to help Australians track recurring bills, expenses, reminders, documents, payments, and related records across home, investment property, vehicle, personal, and similar admin use cases. It is a record-keeping tool and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser for advice specific to your situation.

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost within its feature limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in AUD, GST inclusive. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
You own your data. We do not claim any rights over the content you upload. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service outages, data loss, or inaccuracies in the records you create.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
